Maghreb Mint can be infused straight-up like tea or prepared in the traditional style, simmered in boiling water with a touch of sugar to make a uniquely stimulating chai.
Traditional Preparation: 1.5 tbsp tea with 12 oz of water, bring to 185 degrees F for 3 minutes.
