Cherelle graduated from Boston University summa cum laude, with a concentration in business law. After graduating from Columbia Law School, Cherelle clerked on the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals for Chief Judge R. Guy Cole. She currently practices employment law at an international law firm, where she assists established and emerging companies comply with federal, state, and local employment laws. Cherelle also leads complex internal investigations involving allegations of discrimination, harassment, retaliation and hostile work environment.
Cherelle is a certified yoga instructor and believes that our thoughts have the power to transform our reality. When she is not practicing law, you can find Cherelle mindfully unrolling her yoga mat to teach yoga, performing traditional dances of the African diaspora with a professional dance company in NYC, and tending to her herb and vegetable garden.
